    Hi,

I’ve exported a film shot on a Sony HDR-FX7 at 30 fps. It was exported to a 40g, uncompressed .mov from Final Cut, and I’m very happy with the quality. However, when I go to compress it to create a smaller file (.mp4 for internet, and .m2v for DVD), these vertical lines appear on all edges. Anti-aliasing didn’t work – how can I compress and get the video to the quality in which it looks at 40 gigs? I’ve tried a thousand different compression methods, but none seem to be working…

    Thanks in advance!
