it’s crazy having to buy 2 licenses to for a laptop and desktop on the same network!!

    so use little snitch:

    Open the Little Snitch configuration
Click the Green Plus to Create New Rule
Change Allow Connections to Deny Connections
Click the down arrow with the gear to select “Choose Application” and Select Final Cut
    Leave Server/Port/Protocol set to Any
    Click OK

  • Hi Alvaro,

I have exactly the same problem, i capture all in one go and then like to open up all my clips as medium thumbnails on a 2nd screen to edit.
When i try to arrange them automatically it screws it all up. For such a sophisticated program it amazes me that it can’t count properly. clip 4-1 will be next to clip 4-10.
aaahh.. let me know if someone comes up with a sensible solution or FCP make an update.
    good luck.

It seems the firewire socket on my mac book pro was dodgy. I had restart the computer whilst pressing CMD, ‘P’, ‘R’ and it was either option or control all at the same time. Hold em down until you hear the restart a 2nd time and hey presto it recognised my camera.

I”m having same problem as haley. It’s a nightmare.

Has anyone come up with a solution yet?

Haley please tell me you have?

XHA1 is not recognized at all on FCP. I have the latest upgrade. It works fine with Adobe Prem Pro. I filmed in 25F…. nothing.

    Help?
