In your personal opinion, do you think it’s worth trying to get the USB 3.0 adapter?

I am having trouble locating what you are referring to. Would you happen to have a link to the product, or some good terms to be able to search it? Right now, I am only coming up with card readers.
To give you an example of what I was looking for in terms of the USB 3.0 adapter: https://eshop.macsales.com/item/Sonnet%20Technologies/USB32PMAE34/
Thanks!

Photohigher AV200 with the skyline stabilizer hardware
Also, I should note that the conditions were extremely windy. Is there just no way to get around the shaking and bumping?
Thanks!

April 26, 2013 at 1:21 am in reply to: stabilizing EXTREMELY vibration filled, shaky aerial footage from a 5DThank you for your replies! Unfortunately, we tried to do the speed ramp before the stabilization, and still no dice. As for the different kind of rig, I will pass that information on to my producer. Thanks everyone, and if you think of anything else that I could possible do to stabilize the current footage that I have, my ears are open!

October 4, 2012 at 5:00 am in reply to: 2 TB G-tech drive won’t allow files to be copied to it!I have been able to plug the drive in to multiple Macs. All of the Macs read the drive, but then eventually have the same problem. I am connecting via Firewire 800, using a different cable each time I try.

Hi Guys!
Thanks so much for your responses!
I have not deleted the clip from the log and transfer window. However, I think I may have figured out why it is becoming corrupt. Because the original media drive in partitioned for FAT32, known for its corruption during transfer of big files, I think I may have to try and figure out a way of copying the filesf from the FAT32 drive, to a drive only formatted for Mac, and then importing them…
Let me know if this makes sense to anybody, or if I am just getting myself into more troupble 🙂
Once again, thanks for your fast responses!

Actually, I have one more question.
Based on the steps that Rafael said to take, in order to convert the footage to the same time bases, lets say 29.97, I can just put the pieces of footage into a sequence with a 29.97 timebase, render it, and that should do it? Or is there an extra step that I am missing?
THANKS AGAIN!
