after the 4k footage is edited in fcp 7 how is the export done ?

I’m using fcp 7 , also heard that MPEG is also good to convert the footage, that is what I use . Basically I have a GoPro and want to shoot 4K on a gh4 , whatever I shoot in 4K I would like to export it in 4K . The reason I said ” I guess” is because I was told just to export the footage in 1080p and the export for 4K wasn’t provided.
And I would be doing the finishing -
I would guess i would be delivering in 4k . but what is the steps for both 1080 & 4k . i was told you can’t export in 4k is that true ?.

what if the footage is shot in 60frs and then converted down to 24 . the footage automatically plays in slo mo. how do i get that footage back to regular speed and then a edit ti slow mo ?

the example was for Premiere pro tho , do the same steps apply for fcp7 . and since the footage is convert back to 24 and it’s already slow mo , what is the best % to put it back at regular time ?
