Ramp slow motion effect
how do I accomplish The ramp slow motion effect. I understand when shooting slow motion you have to shoot with a higher frame rate. For example once you shoot in the high frame rate “60 frames per sec ” and in post when converted back to 24frs it becomes automatically show motion . What I need help with is , how do Start my footage in regular time and then slow it down to slow motion . please can anyoney help me and explain the way it’s done.

the example was for Premiere pro tho , do the same steps apply for fcp7 . and since the footage is convert back to 24 and it’s already slow mo , what is the best % to put it back at regular time ?
