Hi there,

You can paint on top of a composition if you pre-compose it first…

I chose PNG format but it “hung” on tif and bmp as well and then i switched to pIllusionrender…

Hi,
I’m experiencing possibly a related issue? Just installed the 3.0.4 update on my vista 64bit machine.

My problem is this: When i hit the Save Output button i’m asked for a path and the type of file i wish to render. once I define those variables the program just sits there – it thinks it’s outputting the sequence but it never gives me options (like save alpha channel, etc.) I have to quit the program and then restart.

I can render using pIllusionRender, however.

Yeah, we get a ton of animations created in Combustion and instead of rerendering for very minor speed changes we want to be able to do it in our Avids. Not a huge deal, really, but it would be nice.
