Ok, first to answers Tim’s questions, I have CS4, and I did tried to output it to an AVI (came out with jerkiness), but haven’t tried to quicktime, that’s a good idea..
BUT!
I did find a solution!check out this thread:

I tried to export using CBR and not VBR, and Vualla! all the movie was fine (except 2 minutes at start, but this is tolerable, and I guess I could try to solve it also, but I don’t have time to it).

Do you have 32bit or 64bit computer?
If you have only 32 bit this may be the problem. -
Ok, I found what was the problem.
In Encore, right after you send it from Premiere, it asks you if you want a dvd or a blueray. I chose a dvd.
BUT, and there’s a big but… If you click on FIle->quality settings… you can see that although I chose DVD, the box near Blueray is still checked!
Once I checked the DVD box again, it was fine.
I guess it’s a bug of some kind. Hope it helps everyone…

In ‘Heroes’ TV series, you can usually see it at the start of each episode. The name of the episode is written on a stair (for example) and it is deformed and has the shape of the stair.
