You need to deal with each phone track as their own mocha layer and surface.
Track on the edges of the first phone and make sure this encompasses the corner edges and the information at the top and bottom.Once this is tracked, turn on your surface to adjust and check the track. If that is not working you are doing something else wrong.

Have you checked that the frame rate and pixel aspect ratio in mocha project matches your AE project. This is a common mistake that causes slippage.

Some good advice from Matthew.
The trickiest removes are when the back ground is changing in every frame such as leaves blowing in the wind. In these scenarios it is very difficult to have an automatic solution and is usually accomplished by combining a couple techniques: clone, paint, patch, etc.
If the clean frames do not exist within the shot, you need to create some clean plates.
Sometimes it is simply a time saver to use Remove Module to get you 80% there, than fix the remove with patches. It all depends on the shot. Other times, you might want to consider using the mocha data to stabilize the focused area, do your paint/clone fixes, add motion back in. mochaImport+ script for AE is quite useful for this.

I would recommend starting with these tutorials:

- Track.
- Display the “surface” the blue rectangle that represents your track data and adjust it to where you want your insert.
- Copy AE corner pin data to clipboard.
- In AE paste the data to your insert layer.

As Roland mentions: display the “Surface” the blue rectangle and if you only want the transform, scale & rotation. Position and scale the surface to where you want your export data, then export.

Without seeing the clip it is difficult to help. Keep in mind that in mocha depending on the camera movement… that every “plane” that you want to track has to be tracked in it’s own layer.
If you are drawing a large shape around areas that are not moving on the same plane, mocha will surely fail.
Mocha can easily handle multiple layer tracks at once. One tip is to have the layers placed in correct order: things furthest from the camera should be lowest in the layer list. Things closer at the top.

You can find the tracking keyframes in the dopesheet. Lasso and delete.
You could also select “manual track” in tracking tab which expose tracking to the top timeline, but I would only recommend this if you are an experienced mocha user.

Is your layer in AE the same size as your AE?
If you create a simple solid at comp size does it line up?In mocha, does your “surface (blue tracking box) follow what you are tracking properly?
There are lots of techniques with mocha. One important thing to note is the “align surface” tool that reset the surface to full screen. This video is a useful reference: https://vimeo.com/120759421
You might also try “corner pin” only export option instead of the separate scale/transform/CP option.
