    First: you need to apply gaussian blur “vertical, 0,5pix”
    Second: you need to use authoring software to create “playable” disk 🙂

    /* ….with acceptable results */
    Hm…not sure…. Why hardware transcoder’s cost so BIG?
    Why software to transcode can do this so slow?

    The best software way to transcode pal to ntsc is change speed from 25 to 23.98 and add fields to create 29.97 movie

    Way to trancode from ntsc 29.97 w/o pullodwn to pal is only interpolation, and Premiere/AfterEffects do this so slow and with low quality

    Premiere and AfterEffects CAN NOT transcode PAL<>NTSC

    To do this need to use
    #1. Canopus proCoder
    #2. Hardware transcoder
    #3. Create stills from NTSC video, then deinterlace its by using Photoshop, then use AfterEffects to create PAL video

    you must create all menus in Abobe AefterEffects (or any other compositing software), then you must create menus from videos and use auto-action buttons…..

    My NEC-3551 can change book-type setting.

    You can see list of drives in program and try to find listed model.

    Pioneer/Asus (IMHO) can only set book type to “+R DL” as “DVD-ROM”
