This worked, thanks Chris! Just had to go through and adjust scale and dimensions of each shot, but not difficult. This is for my film WHAT SHE SAID, which will open on Christmas day at Film Forum.

Appreciate that, Oliver. We have an editor who wants to cut in Premiere. The snapshot minus effects and compounds may be the way to go. I think the latest XtoCC will handle Events as well as Projects.

Thanks, I realize it will be work to do this successfully, but we have reasons that are specific to our project, including that, from what I’ve learned, the online process will be easier in Premiere than in FCPX for the post house.

Thanks. Changing the permissions did not allow me to import the files (scenes form an indie film) to FCP, which was downloaded from 4shared.com. Is there anything the owner of the files do to make these files writable?
