Aloha Matt – youʻll want to output as high a quality as you can. Youtube further compresses the video, so start clean. If you go to YouTube in the HELP section and type in “Advanced encoding settings” and it will give you what they prefer. How long is your video?

Aloha Jim – go to your Media 100 preferences menu and check under Multiclip. You can change the activator keys to just cut video, not audio. I don’t have the program open right now, but try that first!

Aloha Mark – as far as I can see, you should be fine with the upgrade to Suite 2. Card’s good, computer’s good, OS update – all good! I’m running an early 2008 MacPro 8 core with Kona LHi, Suite 2 and 10.7.5 – no problems! Hope that helps.

My solution that I do when needed is uninstall the software and then reinstall.
Goes quickly! As I recall, a restart is not needed, although perhaps recommended.
