I am not sure what you mean. What part of the FCP XML work flow would work as a solution?

Thanks for the reply. I was freaking out for a little bit there. In the future, I will follow your suggested work flow.

    Thanks again!

Actually, I figured it out. I turned off the Display LUT option and changed the Output Lookup Table to the Alexa LUT. Seems to work.

But it would still be nice to hear if that workflow has flaws or not….

Yes!!! That is it. Rendering solved the issue. It is frustrating, however.

    Thanks Jeremy.

Yes, I checked that as well. Rendered out of AE as Straight. Imported and shows up as straight in FCP.

Try doing a search on QT Change. I believe it will add a TC track to a QT. You should do this before they start the import / editing process, of course.

    WOW!!!!!
Thanks so much. I wish I would have asked that question about 4 hrs earlier.

Is this solution just to fix ProRes 4444 renders or was it to fix something else? (Like my several force quits I performed throughout the day)

Ahh, yes!! Thank you. I knew it was something simple. Somehow that left most slider was obscured.
