  • You’re most welcome. Happy Name Overlaying! ????

  • [Marc Nibor] “is there a function that burns in The Filename, Sequencename, etc in the final render?”

Try this: hit Ctrl + M, then click on the Effects tab. Once there, enable Name Overlay and choose a suitable format from the drop-down list.

  • Use the Legacy Titler.

[Filip Stillerska] “I strongly believe that Adobe should have an “Include Comment Markers”-option when exporting. “

You’re right. In the Export Settings dialogue box (Ctrl + M), click on the Metadata tab and uncheck “Export Master Speech Track and Sequence Markers, and Bob’s your uncle. 🙂

[Eric Merklein] “another bug has shown its face: I can’t see wave form in my audio track!”

Try rendering the audio: Sequence (tab) > Render Audio.

    You’re most welcome Eric.
It’s always a pleasure to help a fellow Premiere user.
    Happy editing.
    Robert

PS: I read on the Adobe Premiere Pro forum that an update is forthcoming that will address this audio issue.

    Hi Eric
    I feel your pain.
The audio bug has also hit me but as a quick workaround I just click on the solo button(s) of the affected track(s) and the audio “magically” reappears. Give that a try and see if it fixes your audio issues.
FWIW, I am using a Win 10 PC.

[Christopher Paul] “Another issue is that the search fields no longer work- greyed out.”

    They work just fine here.

[Dan Powers] “it is happening with the PNG files as well”

I have been testing PNG files and I can report that they work just fine in an HD timeline.
Maybe your issues are Mac-related as I am on Windows 10.
Anyone else care to chip in?
