Did that, I took a 20 second credit sequence and cut it to 7 seconds, no one will actually be able to read the credits but…

I should have been more clear. Trimmed and sped up everything I could think of and still have 8 seconds more to remove.

It would help if I knew the camera that you used, but in the meantime try using the easy setup as follows:

Format : HDV
Rate: All Rates
Use: 720p24

You’ll see that the frame size is different. Might help but it might cause Rendering issues too.

After doing easy setup make sure that you go in to your sequence settings and “load sequence preset” (bottom left) to match your settings.
