I think I am going to buy a couple of HD palm cameras of eBay for around 50 bucks each then. I’ll let you know if they work.

Thanks Mike I watched a video from Midtown Video in Florida and they said the Hero 2 would work with the AJA converter.
But from what you just posted I will still have problems at the switcher?
I want to mount some small cameras in various places during sporting events. Did you try any other type of camera?

Mike did you ever get your GoPro to work with the BMD mini converter?
I just bought a BMD battery hdmi to sdi and I can’t get it to talk to the go pro. I have tested every thing else in the system.

Yes it is for a dual layer disc.
You gave me the same advice about last years DVD but I had forgotten about it.
I am having trouble with another title that is only 3.6 gigs in size that when playing this back on the final DVD I get vertical lines through out the video that are off set it looks to be about 1 scan line; will this help that also?

I get this message when I use the fit to disc button. “Media file is too big and could not fit into single disc. Consider making more media assets available for re-compress or removing some media assets….

Yes I rendered it using the Main Concept mpeg-2 rendering engine in Vegas, It is about 4 hours long.

I am trying to keep quality of final product high. The program is 4 hours in length. Should I have compressed it when I rendered it I can do it again?
I thought you did the compression during the DVD prep phase.

I had trouble getting DVD architect to recognize the .mpg but it seems to be working fine now.

I have been using the main concept but my files come out with an .mpg instead of .ts. What am i doing wrong?

I have been using calibrated xd for decoding finally got that working turns out it makes a difference that you load QuickTime first.

I am now having a problem with Vegas locking up. I just upgraded to windows 7 64 bit with 8 gigs of ram and Vegas keeps locking up with this HD video. Is there some thing I should change in the computer so that it processes faster?
