Oh – and I have tried switching between firewire and firewire basic.

That makes a lot of sense. I’ve done it before that way but I thought I’d see if anyone had a better way to go about it.

Thanks. Yes – the levels never went near the red and actually the mic was probably about 10 feet away – but her voice was amplified and it was a pretty intense note she sang.

Well,
I’m running 10.3.8, OT 6.5.2,Compressor 1.2.1 – nothing much seems to be working here. This problem is only happening on this long sequence. Shorter sequences go through with no problem – including one that’s an hour. I’d love to hear if your reinstalls work and dropping back in OS.

BTW – it’s a 1 hour and 53 minute sequence.
