Thanks so much for the advice. I purchased the Canopus ADVC300. I was wondering is I could ask you a few more questions. With this device can you connect firewire from it to the PC and from it to the camera and capture video just like the camera is connected directly to the PC? Then, my next question is, when trying to capture analog video from say a VCR, does Vegas also capture that? Or will I be using the Edius Neo software included with the Canopus device. And last but not least, the Canopus has a RGB output for a monitor. If I select to view my preview on a external monitor in Vegas, does Vegas automatically find the monitor hooked up to the Canopus? Hoping you can answer these questions

Thanks for the advice, i did just that and it was way easier to get the chapters and scene selection to work.

I was looking at Nero 7, but the reviews on CNET are horrible. Do you reccomend any apps like that? I ripped my dvd with DVD Shrink, but I dont think it creats VOB files, at least i cant find them in the directory. Any hints?

I dont think I asked my question correctly. The only thing I have is a finished DVD. My project was done with Vegas 4.0 I need to make copies of this DVD. Can Vegas 4.0 do that?
