History is stored in RAM… not with document…
You can save several versions.. but thats about it.
You can save History Log for information… but thats just information
You might look to incorpoate Smart Objects into your workflow

toggle W key and see if you are in wireframe mode… or if caps lock key is down

Look up Trapcode’s Particular plug-in…. lots of tutorials and info on their site

ABVB is upper field… while rest is lower…. ABVB will not output progressive…
I would suggest using a media conversion preset in Compressor, and telling it to remove fields
Or try offsetting animations one pixel in Motion tab

I find it best to create aduplicate the dequences… change its settings.. load easy setup for your card.. then re-render

5. Bounding boxes go to the edge of whatever is selected in a square
