its probably using a blocky fractal noise to generate a luma value…kinda similar to this tutorial https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/damage_and_decay_fx/

And he is probably using the same effect for the circuits in the background.
and i believe the blocks is using the card dance effect

Lol okay noob.. You did add the animator position but see how it says 0,0…that means its moving from the place its starting from. so nothing happens.

8k resolution would lag hard on just a single video. But your making a complicated project. You would need a beast of a machine to work on that project without the slow down…And the slower you move the longer it takes to finish. I have unfinished projects for that very reason
