well first of all there is a preferences window blocking the screen..and #2…i can see you are trying to use layer drop shadows, which is not what you want. you want a light that cast shadows. usually you do not need anything else
???…OHHH..I see now. You are more of a novice than I thought. ..Look for 3 little icons on the bottom left of your timeline panel. toggle each until you see a mode appear for all of your layers and go to add
is this rendered or just screenshots inside ae…it might just be a preview thing…but it actually does look slightly blurry too..Do you have depth of field turned on? on the camera?
sometimes that does fix some things..but i don’t think it will help because the final result will still be 29.97 But your math is correct. give it a shot i suppose. There is also easy ease..right click on the final keyframe and choose easy ease in and see if that makes it better.
