    Hi Dave,

Thank you very much for your reply.
No, as before I saw somewhere in computer shop.

    Now I’m 100% it’s the .ffx file
such as for background, transition, etc
are animated in the preview pane.
Because my friend have his own AE cs3,
    and the animation it’s there.

As you think that I saw it’s the
text animation gallery from the AE help,
no it’s not, because AE cs3
don’t even include the text animation gallery
like it did before in AE 6.5

Anyway, many thanks for your reply.
    I really appreciate it.

Still wishing, if any one can help me though..:-)

    regards,
    reko

I mean it’s only the extension of ffx file
    that can not be previewed.
    such as blocks.ffx, circuit.ffx

    but other animation file
such gif, avi, mpeg is able to be previewed.

I’m sure that the *.ffx must be able
    to be previewed, because somewhere
in the computer shop, I saw the *.ffx preview.

Anyone please can help me ?
    thank you in advanced.

    Please forget my question.
I found alternate way in cs3.
    Thank you.

  • Thank you very much for your help.
Yes, it worked fine now, as the needle
won’t go to through each in/out point
    below/above of the track.

Still wish that it can move directly
just for the selected clip though …:-)
without having to mark the timeline
with slash “/” of the selected clip.

    Thank you once again.
    I really appreciate it.

    regards,

  • Thank you for your reply.

    Yes, I’ve tried the PageUP/Down
but it annoyed me, if I need to move the needle
just to the in/out point of the selected clip
and if I have some cut clips below the selected track,
the needle will move to any in/out point
of the cut clips below it first, then finally
reach the in/out point of my selected clip.

Anyway, thank you for your reply…:-)
