I am also trying to upload to comcast server. Did you find any settings inside of Vegas that helped? or did you have to install 3rd party plug ins?

Actually, if you follow the menu options i wrote, Vegas 11 has an option to print to DVD directly. (on my screen it is not active because I didnt put a dvd in the burner, but I use it all the time. Take a look at this menu. My question is specific to this menu option. When It starts the process, it renders prior to burning. I would like to know where does it burn the temp file to?

ok, when you say normalize, are you saying that is a separate process than what is mentioned in steps 2 and 3? If normalization is different than those steps, how do I normalize and what are the steps?

Is there a loudness meter built into vegas? or do i need a separate system?

Ok, I am courious about programs like Wave hammer and other free software. (but if paid is better, then feel free to give me your suggestions.)

yes, that is what i was trying to say.. NORMALIZE.
Ok. I have tried the compressor, but it doesnt really do the trick for me. What are the standard ways to normalize audio in vegas? What settings should be used?

Mine has been doingthat also, since the last 11b 700 update. I re-installed, and still get the same issue. Any solution?

I have seen numerous types of AT models.. Audio Technica ATW-1813C … I am a bit squimish to buy new. I really want a dual channel. Can you give me a list of moodel numbers you guys would personally recommend. (Yes I know SENs g3 is an AUTOMATIC 1st place. But is there a dual channel option?) or just get 2 Sens? What should I look out for in the specs when getting a wireless mic system?)

I must say, this has been quite the adventure. None of my ind friends could advise me on this. SO you guys have been a great help. (well, except one)

Look. I dont know if you work for or are connected with Azden, but you seem to defend them quite a bit. I am not dumb. I figure I fought in 2 wars (Dessert Shield and Dessert storm), and I was an audio engineer for a well-known Nashville artist. So I am getting REALLY PISSED by your cursory attitude. Batteries where Duracells, purchased in America, fully charged. All this crap about where batteries were purchased is a bit asinine. The batteries were fine. Azden was simply CRAP!
