I’m doing simple mask animations and was getting this error all over the place. Thank you for this recommendation! Fixed it right away!

You need to reveal the Loop button with the ‘+’ button to the lower right of your main Program viewer. Then set your Mark In / Out points on the timeline to the clip you want to loop.
