Try the lip-synch tutorials (there is one for AE, Premiere and FCP)
    https://library.creativecow.net/tutorials/revisionfx

There is also the option in AE to duplicate the audio track as a separate layer, and animate the audio with AE time remapping. If you work in Frame mode in Twixtor then you can cut and paste the keyframe values you made to timeremap the audio into Twixtor Frame parameter. AE will try to maintain the audio pitch level.

Right now there is documentation in the plugin folder (where it’s installed) and some sample projects

    https://revisionfx.com/products/rsmb/help/#ae_compatible_4

Now the regular/standard version is only a Blur Amount slider so that should not be hard to figure out

If you want to know about from vectors from a 3D system I can point you to some more Faqs… to know your 3D system would help to point you to the right place.

The installer automatically creates a folder in:

    Common\Plug-ins\CS5\MediaCore
    Common\Plug-ins\CS4\MediaCore
    Common\Plug-ins\CS3\MediaCore

    Just delete the folders

If it’s an old installer, it might be in the application Plug-ins folder

example: Adobe After Effects CS5\Support Files\Plug-ins

That’s the only two places AE looks for. If it’s not on your disk it won’t load any plugins.

You might need to use Cinema Tools to change the FPS FCP interprets the footage to. There is a tutorial about that here:

Normally this is a sign that there is a discrepancy between frame rate of camera (30 FPS) and frame rate of project/comp/sequence…

Need more info: what app are you running this in?
    What are you doing?
