Try this.. In Premiere open up a DVCPRO HD 1080P 24P project. In the sequence settings make sure the 3:2 pulldown is checked.

A 370 in it’s camera bag is allowed as carry on. Only time its not is on a comuter flight.

That’s probably the list of all the P2 cameras that Panasonic manufactures. Put a check mark next to the HVX 200 and then continue installing. Remember to install the Panasonic P2 Viewer and CMS to offload the clips you shoot. You can get it from the same site that you got the drivers.

Premiere edits P2 clips natively; no need to log and transfer.To achieve what you want to do, import all your p2 media into a bin (this just takes seconds)and sub clip it. Double click on a clip which opens up in the source monitor, set your in and out points and drag the clip from the monitor back to a new bin.. Much faster than log and transfer any day..

If you shoot it in PAL that would also solve the flicker problem but probably create new issues at the same time. Anytime that I’ve gone to a country that uses 220V current I always set my shutter to 50 in fluorescent lighting situations and that’s solved the problem..

If your shooting in fluorescent light set your shutter at 50 and that should get rid of the flicker..

I believe Premiere CS5 is designed to run on Windows 7 64bit. Transcoding is not necessary on Premiere because it edits MXF files natively..
