I’m on a second day of shooting with a Panasonic AG-HPX170P and as we looked at what we recorded yesterday, the clips are very interlaced.
We shot at 1080i 24p, thinking it was the best settings for HD. We are now shooting at 720p 24p.

Is there a way in post-production I can get rid of the interlacing?
I’m watching the clip in a Dell laptop. I’m normally working with Adobe Premiere and After Effects on PC…and would do anything to recover all the clips we shot, I cannot afford another 8 hours of shooting.

    Thanks

    Jessica

Try this.. In Premiere open up a DVCPRO HD 1080P 24P project. In the sequence settings make sure the 3:2 pulldown is checked.
