I’ve had problems with my ATI and zero problems with Nvidia, but hey, caveat emptor.Re ATI. You are going to be pretty racked off when everybody else is running SLI.
Remember the three key things to FCP & Motion are GPU power, GPU Power, GPU power.Peter

Can you not export a movie for the moving bit and then make a freeze in FCP?
