Do you have the same timecodes on the Matte and video clip?

Ok, that’s a start. Can you detail the slot use, which USB3 card and GPUs etc. How long is the clip, size of wav. etc. etc… As this is not one of the configs in our guide I’m not sure at this stage what to suggest.

Hi, can you just confirm – is it a HP Z800 and UltraStudio SDI?
I don’t believe the HP has a USB 3.0 port so you may have the UltraStudio SDI on a limited bandwidth USB 2.0 which may be your problem.

Sounds like u will need to move the clips to the local disk.
Capture and send logs to davincihelp@blackmagic-design.com and we will see if there is anything else we can do.

How many clips and whats the total duration of all the events you are importing into the media pool?
Can you detail your system and how you have it connected to ISIS?

March 7, 2012 at 12:44 am in reply to: Force Conform from Folders

The force conform can only act on the folders you select so no right eye folder files should be in the left if you only select left. Could the source shots be accidentally in the wrong folder. Use Swap Eye to fix that.

The config guide lists configs that we regularly use, test and recommend but there are many other BMD cards that do work, and as you found, now that we have Resolve using the Desktop video driver we specified the Intensity on the web site. I don’t expect you will have problems with it.

We recommend 3GB GPU ram if you plan on doing 4K work.
1.5MB will get you by sometimes but its not advised.

February 28, 2012 at 1:21 am in reply to: Feature request – sort stills by label

The Still numbering does this sorting automatically.

    From the manual.
Stills display an identification number in the upper left corner, that consists of three numbers separated
    by periods:
The first number is the video track it’s saved from.
The second number is the number of the clip the still is from.
The third number is incremented every time you save another still from that same clip.
For example, the third still that’s saved from clip 4 in track V1 is numbered 1.4.3.

The Resolve Lite resolution limitation is in setting the timeline and render resolutions, not the source resolution.
We have a document on the BMD web site to assist in product comparison.
