Titan. Be sure you have sufficient power and cooling. If you do i feel its large GPU RAM more valuable than raw core count, especially if you plan on using the new v10 features and greater than HD resolution files.
The other two cards are also good so if you have or can only get those they are fine.
All three will be listed in the v10 config guide due out later this quarter.

Hi Michael, what changed since last night? Any OS or other upgrades? Are there other file types that are not showing? Have you played these files before? Do the prores tutorial files that come with each software package work?
Can you provide hardware, OS and exact resolve version detail?

In that case, try to put three equal drives in a RAID 0 array. Peter

If u don’t select the”use UI GPU for image processing” the UI GPU can be different to the processing GPUs.
If the 580 has no boot screen, the 680 would be fine too.

I would stay with the 580 to keep the boot screen and adding a 2GB GTX680 to a pool with two Titans may introduce issues with mixed GPUs and GPU ram that dont permit a speed bump as you would expect by sharing the GUI GPU for image processing.

I think u should consider combining D, E and your new drive into a RAID 0 array for your media. Even with these three together you don’t have a lot of bandwidth for some formats but it will be better than having just two drives in the raid.

Can u confirm its 48KHz sample rate as that’s the rate supported by Resolve?

This sounds like a frame rate issue. Check the clip rate and set the timeline to that rate prior to placing the clip in the media pool.

Update, my mistake, I’m reliably informed the 2008 was dual channel, not 4ch. And while memory bandwidth is still important with our 64 bit app, you will likely be fine with the current OS and Rv9.
