I found the solution:
Before exporting do the following:
1- Click on “composition / Pre-render / output module”
2 – Select format QuickTime, etc.etc.
3- Do not export the video. Save the project and close After Effects.
4- Now, open After again and open your project.
5- Open “Render Queue” / export in .mov or H-264.

1 – Reinstall Premiére.
2 – Open the Premiere in test mode (trial)
3 – Create a project and export (the option MPEG2 and MPEG2 DVD will appear)
4 – Export the movie and close Premiére.
5 – You can now use the crack to release the program.
6 – Open the Premiere released and all functions.

1. Locate the file:
C :. \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ Adobe \ SLCache \ X19zbGNfZmVhdHVyZXNfXw == slc
2. Open it with a text editor (Notepad)
3. Delete all of the text file
4. Save and close
5. Now click the file right > click “Preferences”.
6. Select the ‘Read Only’.
7. Close> OK.

Now open Adobe Media Encoder.
