I hate to say it but…. RTFM!
Actually there’s a good example of this described in the section on keying/key mixer nodes.
Still will be a trick to do cleanly without full on roto scope in a vizfx app…http://www.4Kfinish.com | owner-colorist | Hollywood, CA

It wasn’t a pci thing
It was like they were running at half speed because of a Mac OS thing
Resolve guys say different
I have 3 680 4gb in a cubix and they rock
Don’t use open cl really so have Not modded but 10.8.3 fixes that I think
But there is an intermittent 680 bug in resolve with flashing black frames
They have not said whether 9.1.3 fixes ithttp://www.4Kfinish.com | owner-colorist | Hollywood, CA

There was some guy on red user always going on and on about how the pc versions in a Mac were restricted to 50% because of power management kext or something. Is this true / still true ?

Well that’s more of a workaround than solving it. I had the same problem. With the Alexa lut in a node I would get the black frame flashes. When setting as an output lut instead, the black flashes went away. I have 3 gtx 680. Davinci support seemed to think this was a 680 bug and asked me for support files which I provided, but have not heard from them since. Please send them your experience as it seems they were right and it may be gtx 680 related.

I’m on external scopes and seeing it there, but I will compare to internal and visual.

sure it could be. maybe defective sony pvms. I got mine June last year, so should have latest firmware. Sony tech support (who is almost impossible to reach, takes days of phone calls and left messages and hours of hold time) were of no help whatsoever. they just read the manual back to me and said it should work.
