I just installed a gtx 650 in my mac pro (needed a single slot card to make room for decklink 4k hdmi expander) and just launched premiere pro cc and am able to select cuda processing on renderer/playback pulldown. this card is not on their approved list. do I still need to do the hack? or does the fact that cuda gpu shows up mean that it recognizes it?

Yeah it preserves folder structure from the root on down. Used it to consolidate a feature for backup and delivery after completion. Pretty sweet.

no problems here. been using it regularly for some time.
whenever I’ve had that problem it’s been a wonky piece of media in the timeline (slug, still, crazy naming etc)

Resolve only works with blackmagic products
No Aja, matrox etc
Never gonna change
I have mini recorder for sdi in to Mac mini for ultra scope
Works great

ahh, ok – I thought you meant drop frame tc.
yeah I saw this long ago, and have just turned off the warning. only an issue if you are laying off to tape. I would use media express for that from a self contained movie – extra step, I know, but small price to pay to get freaking Resolve on a mac! anyway, fcp 7 has long been EOLed, and expect it to break with an os update at any time. If its really an issue to keep FCP7 running into eternity, best to have an alternate boot drive frozen in time with OS 10.7.5, decklink 9.6 or whatever.

btw, I like the ability to make scopes REALLY big on a 24 or 27″ monitor with scope box. duo scope is a little small for me once you get used to a big monitor. frustratingly ultrascope has locked small screen size too. and they almost never update it.

Terranex might be good then as it has ultrascope error logging.
Describe your drop frame fcp issue with resolve
Btw I find ScopeBox very stable
