Yeah terrible.
And it does 9 streams ProRes HQ from the internal storage. What a crappy product.
Never gonna buy it. It’s just a Fast iPad which i can’t open up myself…..

In 2013 the current 19200 x 10800 retina MacBook Pro will be able to transform in any Mac possible.

Get a quadro or 470.
Even pc versions run great with the latest nvidia/cuda drivers.
And get a SSD bootdrive. With a 3th party. -
All great hardware to run OSX on.
I have used windows too long in my life.
Waste of my time.OSX licensing on HP or ProMaxx would be nice but will never happen.

As much as i hope for a new Mac Pro.
As most of the keynotes, its gonna be a disappointment.
Its gonna be a ios keynote.

CS6 screams on an SSD and Thunderbolt iMac i7.
Thunderbolt Broadcast I/o and storage works just as flawless as on a pcie. -
The latest Blackmagic driver even works with the first generation PCIe Extreme cards.
And also work great in Premiere CS6 and DaVinci.
