    I don’t work much with AE lately so sorry I cannot be of much help.

    I’d just check and re-check my code …..maybe run simpler versions if possible.

    Sorry….good luck to ya.

    I’d say try multiple combinations of file paths. Depending on which directory the AE project is in maybe just use a /source.txt.

    Just make sure an put the text file in the after effects project file.

    Just some thoughts.

    I’m not sure but if you put:
    file:///Users/anubisascends/desktop/source.txt.
    using 3 ” /// ” after file: that could be a problem

    The idea of using the entire pathname is a good one.

    Cheers.

    I would love to see an example of what you did.

    Sounds neat. From the original post I was shooting from the hip and never did this but am intrigued and wanting to learn more.

    I got an email from a gentleman that was interested in this. Hope the script I sent him worked.

    Hi,

    Use the animation codec from Premier if available. Probably can just import premier into after effects and then export from there too. If your project is long, like more than 10 min I wouldn’t do the whole thing in AE as it isn’t a video editor. I’d do my animation in AE and take to premier and then export the whole thingy.

    my 2 cents.

    can’t you just import it into invigorator as another layer and match it’s movement to the hat?

    My two cents. If you double click it will open a layer window. To preview the audio just drop on timeline and then hit the “.” key to preview audio without rendering animations.
