Are lights included with your package?

I’m not sorry at all. We got huge bang for the buck with the body and lens combination we purchased. Just need to add a second lens to the package. Not a big deal.

We bought our HDX900 packaged with Canon HJ17ex7.6B lens (with 2X). After using the camera on a few shoots it is clear that we will need to rent a wider angle lens for certain situations. The image is so clear that you can’t get away with a two shot in close proximity where the actors are not equidistant from the lens.
Overall a good problem to have but nonetheless I’d go with a wider wide-eye if I had the chance to re-order. We may just buy that second lens anyways….

If you don’t mind me asking, what are you setting as the rate card rental for the HDX900 package? What’s included? What market are you in?

The HDX900 is our first HD camera as well. We have used it on one gig so far and we love the camera and the results.

I have the same monitor, looks great using SDI and the HDX900 camera. Using composite in and a 4:3 source from DVCAM, the monitor is jaggy. Must be the upsizing that’s doing it.

Just shot some flowers outside my office using stock settings. WOW!!! The images are gorgeous!

We got the Canon HJ17ex7.6B lens and yes it has a 2X extender.
