have you added a TBC into your workflow (between the player and the Decklink)?
If you don’t have a TBC, try adding in the workflow another device that may have an integrated one (i.e. a Panasonic DVD recorder).

Hi Laura,
I used both the Manfrotto and the CN-160 and a lot of other ones.
In my opinion, if you cannot afford the Litepanels “Sola ENG”, the best option is the Swit S-2040. It really makes what its video shows. https://www.swit-battery.com/EN/product.aspx?id=279Best Regards,

Hi Alex,
since you are using like me the XH-A1S, and your target are dark rooms, please take a look at this quick comparison between the XH-A1 and the GY-HM600 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WtTHuyJzRZ4
I’d like to add to the contest the XF300, I hope to make it soon.

Hi Pedro,
this software “flashes” your Hyperdeck Studio to the latest firmware too, but you must connect it to the workstation.

Hi Pedro,
it is there where you searched it, but it is not called firmware but “Blackmagic HyperDeck 3.6 for Windows”, this should be the link https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support/detail?sid=3960&pid=3969&leg=false&os=winCiao,

[Pedro Monsalve] “Hi, yes I’m able to play back what we’ve recorded, and did a test last night and plays back fine, but will not mount to the computer.”
Hi Pedro,
on Windows, have you tried to assign a letter to the drive? Right click on My Computer> Manage> Disk Management (I use Italian OS so the names could be slightly different)For the next time, the Hyperdeck doesn’t allow you to format the SSD, so you have to do it with Windows or Mac OS.

Hi Pedro,
if you plug the SSD into the Hyperdeck Studio, are you able to find/playback some clips? Are you able to record additional clips?
Another stupid question. What is your SSD model? Is one among the certified ones?
https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support/detail/supportnotes/supportnote?sid=3960&pid=3969&snid=23763&isSDK=false&os=winFor the future I’d use the ExFAT that allows to use natively the drive on both PC and Mac without additional software.

Hi Pedro,
thank you for the season greetings, and the same to you!The Hyperdeck Studio, with latest software version, supports SSDs formatted both in HFS+ and ExFat. Windows 7 (and Vista Sp1) can detect both ones but the native Mac HFS+ requires an additional software like MacDrive or Paragon HFS+ for Windows.
If this is your problem you can download a trial https://www.mediafour.com/products/macdrive/standard/freetrial or https://www.paragon-software.com/home/hfs-windows/download.html

Hi Shah,
don’t care about the Multibridge Utility. Now the driver is unified and so I think that the installer installs that utility even if you don’t have the Multibridge (the external, breakout boxed, BMD card/dual channel converter). It will stay grayed out until you don’t connect a Multibridge via USB for the I/O configuration in the converter mode.
You are right all Decklink Studio 2 management is done in the Blackmagic Design Desktop Video system control panel.I’m glad that you solved your problem.

Hello Shah,
you will find the app to configure your Decklink Studio 2 in the Control Panel (Hardware and Sound), but you cannot make lots of things there (for the output). The problem could be into your card or into your playback monitor. Does it support any video standards and all frame rates? Are you able to get video input (from a live source to the BMD DS2)?
