Thank you john, that is fantastic! I’m going to use roving keyframes in every comp.

Have a great day… or night!

    Thanks bill!

My client has asked for me to supply files 720 x 576 square pixels. So I shall do this. But It seems to me, that if a file of these specs is converted to dv pal aspect ratio, the imagery would be stretched, lowering the quality. Am i miss understanding how this works?

    Cheers Richard!

I really wish there was. I’ve often need to do a lot of text editing in photoshop and find it pretty labourious. I’d also love it if there were some sought of style sheets, so that i didn’t have to manually change fonts continually.

    Anyway, wishful thinking!

    Thanks JD,

Are you saying that i should make my files 720 x 576 with dv/pal aspect ratio in photoshop, and ae will interprate them as square pixels?

Sorry for soundind stupid. I need to supply my ae files to my client and they are requesting comps that are 720 x 576 with square pixels. So im just trying to work out the easiest way of doing this.

Any further help would be greatly appriciated.

    cheers.

I tried putting the fonts that were given to me into the library/fonts folder and had the same problem. (These fonts were from an indesign collect for output).

I then when and found that i actually had the same fonts in my own collection. I replaced them in the font folder and it seems to work now.

I just hope that when i send the files back to my client, they don’t have the same problem.

Thanks thumbslinger. What do you use to load fonts?

You may need to change your acrobat preferences. In page display, check smooth text/line art/images ect.

I really like using my wacom, and generally use it for everything. Sometime though, i feel its a bit sticky in After Effects. Maybe i need to udjust some settings that i dont know about, but it really isn’t as responsive as it is in photoshop/illustrator. Any one else experience this?
