thanks one billion times! Your 24h online help in the different aftereffects forums is one big miracle to me 🙂 Maybe you are not only one person – maybe Dan Ebberts is a big group of people which is never sleeping ? 😉

but I did not fully understand your answer.
Where do you find “adjust time by” and “source frame” are these expression elements ?

In the meantime I could solve the problem by dividing by 8 (which is the framerate of the comp):

expression on timewarp parameter:
thisComp.layer(“CONTROLS”).effect(“Einstellungen für Schieberegler”)(“Schieberegler”)/8

My Sequence is set to 1920×1080 quad pix progressiv using apple prores 422 HQ Codec.
The Video Playback Quality “high” is grey !

Looks like this has something to do with the HQ Codec. If I use Prores 422 (without the HQ) the High Option is active.

But isn’t HQ better ? less compression?

that wont work, I need something like the “Vegas” effects (animatable) but with rectangles. It is a closed curvy border.
