I have a friend with iZotope who will let me use his computer. What’s the process I want to try and use to fix it in the program?

My objective is to insert keywords and metada while logging footage. For that reason, putting it in the timeline doesn’t solve my problem.

Frame rate is 1080 and original sequence is 23.97.

Just touching base: is there still no master volume control? I now I can select all and do Cntrl + or -. But a master volume would be easier….

Scott, I feel ya’. I still enjoy the magnetic timeline and metadata stuff, so I’m sticking with it. I’m just hoping they make these basic changes…

I don’t have the newest Motion, only FCP X. Just Motion 4.0.3 that I got when I bought FCP 7 about 5 years ago. Can I still do this?

So I can do a batch and just not change the value in the frame size section and everything will be exported in its original size?

Ah. I thought of doing that. But the way FCP X renames clips was getting in the way. It was adding numbers to the clips. I was having an easier go of it exporting in FCP 7 and just importing the files that way. I thought about not optimizing everything, especially since I have over 100 hours of footage, but I have 16 TB of drive space and I figured I should just use it and enjoy the faster speed.
