Shane, that is what I did. The “Private” is the card and i copied it completely, putting it in the folder with the date. I’ll try changing the endings later today and seeing how it goes.

Why shouldn’t one use symbols in titles?

I didn’t try autobalancing….I generally find it underwhelming.

As for keyframing, she moves around a bit in the interview. If I keyframe her separately, that means i need to readjust the position of the shape accordingly? I’m guessing there is no magic way for it to follow her.

I just want a dual enclosure. I do wonder if it’s worth the extra 100 if performance wise they will be about the same. Any thoughts? Often on these technical issues, there are little things I just dont know.

John, super helpful response. Thanks! So, if everything over 100 is lost, why does the luma meter on FCP X go up to 120? Is there a difference between 100-120 in that context?

Joe, if I’m getting this to be able to work on the road – again, not as my main squeeze – should I care if it’s 5400 or 7200 rpm? I’ve been reading some articles online, but I figured I’d ask your opinion too. Your thorough post gives me confidence.
