The Eizos are very much intended for color correction, the CG2730 even has a built-in calibration sensor. Though as Alan suggests, it won’t show the proper broadcast color space without a Rec. 709 equipped i/o interface like the Ultrastudio. If you feed it straight HDMI from the computer you’re only seeing RGB.

Click on the Project in the Library. Then open the Inspector, you should see the Project details. Now click on Modify and you’ll get the following sheet where you can change the starting timecode:

Make sure the audio you’re using matching the sequence audio frame rate. Usually when you hear a pop during editing that’s sampling rate conversion errors. They shouldn’t be on exports but then again you shouldn’t hear them while editing either if all is well.
