i suggest you drop the footage to a 50fps timeline, and then retime the clip back to its original length.
you can try few davinci’s “retime process” options in the edit tab – “effects inspector” menu for best results considerig the frames interpolation

i suggest using dynamic key instead of static, and putting it on output gain in key tab, rather then moving the window itself. Set to be 1.0 in the last frame (or few frames before) you want the effect to be visible, 0 where you want it invisible, and back to 1 on the first frame you want it in full effect.

you’ll find the tutorial also on the linked page. it has never failed me 🙂
also, if that doesn’t fix the problem, try checking if you have “force sizing to highest quality” and “force debayer resolution to highest quality” in deliver tab, also, try exporting the DPX sequence instead of prores, could be that your quicktime encoder is bugged..

what software have you used to convert the mlvs to dngs? could be the problem lays there.

Ive had the same problem, but fixed it by disabling red rocket in prefs

i’d suggest mk3 + magic lantern, then upscaling the dngs to 4k
or red dragon, as it has large dynamic range (lack of which is where the most footage-matching problems come from),
and, of course, alexa mini, as mentioned 🙂
