This happens when you are running an out of date version of Premiere Pro or FxFactory. Please be sure to update both applications to the latest version.

FxFactory manages it’s files from the application.
Be sure to download and install the latest version:
https://www.noiseindustries.com/fxfactory/download/Please note that you can easily activate/deactivate the individual products so that only the effects you want show up inside your host applications. Â See the following tutorial:

2.1.5 is years old, the latest build is 2.6.3. You can find it here:
