Sorry I don’t know why I forgot to add lowering the pitch apart from tempo. Then play with a few preset effects. I just got a perfect sounding combine. If you want I’ll make a quick tutorial.

XGFMedia: Really you don’t even need the effects like that for the combine, for me it’s just a hassle and the results are sometimes limited. You can use the View>Spectral Frequency Display select the middle (frequency selection tool “F”)to find the area you are sure you want to keep, then delete the top and bottom of the selection until the desired radio/phone voice is acquired.
