ANSWER 1:
hit option command T
OR hit the tiny blue & green button lower left of timeline.

this will open a small view under each track.
a blue line indicates a motion effect is applied,
a green bar indicates a filter is applied.

you cant see what type of folter or how many.

ANSWER 2:
open your first clip into the viewer, go to the filters tab
hit the down arrow to move from clip to clip while staying in the filters tab.

you;d have to do this track by track.

is that file self contained or a reference file?

how much re-framing do you do?
it might be better to work at 1920×1080.
that is just a very small blow-up to 2k

this is a piece of cake in FCP, too.

set your canvas to Image & Wireframe (3rd tiny little pulldown menu at top of canvas)

then grab and move the wireframe in the canvas.

to add the distortion, summon up the distort tool (d)
hold Shift while dragging the corners of the image.

Quicktime player 7 can do that too, cant it?

i’m pretty sure i have baked in combing in FCP
it was on my last job, but the details are hazy as it was an accident!
but i had a fast motion effect in an interlaced timeline, and exported it, possibly changing my sequence settings on export.
when re-imported to FCP the combing was evident.

when you batch export, the name of the item is used for the export
maybe you are not naming your sequences?

but what codec is the quicktime?
your screengrab shows your SEQUENCE settings only

if you’ve just re-wrpaped the avchd that could be the problem.
it would be best to actually convert it to Prores
