Im also new to C4D and I tried the above, with no luck. Putting everything in a group as a null and applying the texture as frontal didn’t displace the image at all with the geometry.

Putting the texture image on transparency and using a spot light makes the texture this massive glob of nothing. I tried changing the height and angle of the light, but nothing makes it just project like normal.

Any other help? Did you get yours to work rick?

This is so sick. Thanks for the great preset. It saved my life because CC Force Motion blur was crashing AE every time I tried to apply it. Maybe CC force MB doesn’t like 2k files?

Thank you so much. I haven’t slept for like 2 days working on this haha.. I totally forgot about the && and || for if/else expressions!

    Much Obliged.

Any chance you or someone might know how to make any rotation that goes past 360 NOT wrap around – for sack of that expression not working for any value 1x + 00 for rotation.

Thanks for responses. I knew I could link the expression to the slider control, but when I attempted to “Save Animation Preset” and apply it to a different layer – the expression attached to the layers opacity did not come with it.

I’m trying to streamline the process so that any other artist doesn’t have to apply the expression to the layer.

I’ll try again later this evening!

    Thanks Ben,

I finally figured it out after I posted that question. I ended up doing exactly what you said and deleted all the anchor point position keyframes (and reset the anchor point to its default center).

Do you know why AE users are forced to do this? And do you know if it makes a difference if you delete the Anchor Point or Position keyframes?

Thanks for you help. I’ve been spending hours reading about MOCHA (Since almost all the information I find is about MOCHA) but I’m assuming I can use what I’ve read for Mokey as well.
