The option to click on a nested sequence with the time remap tool goes away (an beeps if you try). In 6.0.6 is the only option to export the sequence, import the exported sequence and then apply time remap. Bummer if it is.

I have had the ref movie problem before, but this morning FCP is looking for data from a ref movie that isn’t in the project I am working on. And just to check that I didn’t miss the file in the bin, I closed all projects, quit FCP and relaunced and it is still searching for the files even though it only opens “untitled project”. Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

It happened to me after I tried to share my internet connection with another mac on our network. Once I disable internet sharing, it worked just fine.

I have a very similar setup to Tom’s, except that I use the Blackmagic SP card and OS 10.3.9. Additionally I have put more than one drive on each Lacie firewire 800 card. My setup has been very reliable also.

Well, that’s not what I was hoping to hear. I had tried everything that I could think to do. I guess I didn’t think of the fix because there isnn’t one. Thanks anyway.
