Greetings.
I am running up against the same questions and wonder if by now you have found the answer about High Sierra’s compatibility. I was OK with El Capitan but have had to buy a new laptop for the road -which has Sierra installed.
Thank you for sharing what you have found!

THANK YOU BOTH for these answers.
I am in the middle of trying all suggestions
and waiting on the data rate info too….
While now there is a 2 minute limit,
by June they will be able to stream up to 10 minutes (!)
Will post back once all tests are complete.Thank you again.

Bob, thank you for your prompt and kind response.
As I prepare for these purchases, I’m waiting confirmation
from my Japanese client about next years Golf contract.
Once secured I will move forward with your vacation plans…. 🙂
Of course by the time you get here, I’m sure I will need you to come rescue me
from the big mess I will have made by then……
….leaving you with no vacation at all !!Anyway, thank you again.
More to come…….Happy New Year to All.

YES ! Would like to see Pictures of the set up if you could !
Would you consider the Panasonic BT-HL170 as the next monitor ? -
Yes that is true about the zero setup for DV.
As a note,
zero is the black setup standard for EVERYTHING in Japan
….and so this may be a clue.Anyway Good Luck.

Got it.
And having things get (or be)
out of sync
becomes a greater headache (and cost)
than the issue of size.Thank you for this additional reality.

Yes. Thank you.
I have been to the website and the Io La seems the answer
for this particular project. However, as this will not be the only project
(and indeed Digital is in the picture sometimes),
it makes better long term sense to get the Io….which can handle both.As portabliltiy issues exist, however,
I am wondering if there is any DISADVANTAGE to getting
BOTH the LA and the LD opposed to the IO in one package.
Cant seem to tell by the specs ….
Does the IO have any extra features that I would NOT have
by have by working with the LA and LD separately ?Thank you again for the advice.
