Unfortunately that’s not it. I’ve tried every setting available in blackmagic preferences but nothing helps. Someone told me that it could be that I have enabled component out instead of composite, but I don’t have that option in preferences. There’s only ‘All outputs active’.

Tnx Kristian, already tried that. The result is this:
– UVW-1800 is telling me that “A BLACK/WHITE SIGNAL IS BEING USED FOR REF VIDEO. SUPPLY A COLOR SIGNAL WHEN USING THE COMPOSITE OUT OR S-VIDEO OUT.” So I guess thats ok 🙂
The other problem is that I can’t get video signal from FCP to Beta deck. I can’t find a problem… On a monitor (connected to Beta deck) I have a desktop background form computer, so I guess that video signal is OK, but I can’t get video or audio from FCP. And when I try to “Edit to tape” from FCP I get video out, but it looks like a “Purple haze” or rather “purple noise”. I’ve never seen anything like that.
Any ideas? Anyone?2 more questions about the same thing:
1. what is NTSC/PAL REF IN on Multibridge for?
2. I have Extreme HD card in PC. Does it have ref video signal and can I connect it somehow to Beta deck? -
I didn’t create this targa, I got it from outside. I tried interpreting but it doesn’t help.
But I did try this: I imported targa as single frame and it’s normal, but when I try to import it as a sequeance (Numbered stills) it’s black…m
