.wmv files can have a URL flip inserted at the end which will send the viewer’s browser to another web page or in your case, right back to the same file.
Put a marker about 2 seconds before the end of the movie and then double click that and enter the URL for the movie…http://wwww.mysite/my movie.wmv -

What is your Premiere Project file doing in a temp folder?

The Superman Spoof 1.3.proproj is not your source video, it is a Project file. Can you play your timeline all the way thru? I doubt it and suspect that at 7;50 in the timeline is an Offline clip…orphan.

Just tried exporting a .bmp from an HDV project and the dimensions are the same as the source 1440×1080 and 1.333 par..at least that is what Premiere says. Photoshop does not see the 1.333 par, just square pixels, so everything is squished, but in Premiere all is normal.
I assume your project is SD widescreen. If your still is for use in your Premiere project, the resulting video will be widescreen. But if you want the still for say a DVD label, then you will have to stretch the still horizontally by 133%. -
Tmpeg Xpress offers 3 types of Transport streams, one regular flavor and HDV HD1 and HD2.

Enter dxdiag and click OKRead all the pages for errors and run all the tests.
